FCCPTA Dues Payment Form

DO NOT SEND STATE AND NATIONAL DUES TO THIS ADDRESS!

Purpose: To be a unit in good standing in the Fairfax County Council of PTAs, FCCPTA, and per local unit bylaws, council membership dues must be remitted annually to participate in FCCPTA sponsored events and programs, voting in general membership meetings, leadership trainings, Reflections, scholarship and grant programs.

Instructions:

  • Complete online form below OR
  • Complete the fillable form
    • Submit this form along with payment. You may print a hard copy and mail it with your payment or email a copy to Treasurer@fccpta.org. Keep a copy of this form for your records.
    • Make checks payable to Fairfax County Council of PTAs and mail to FCCPTA, Attention: Treasurer,
      P.O. Box 3535, Merrifield, VA 22116.
  • Dues must be submitted by December 1 to be considered in good standing for Council, State and National PTA.

DUES CALCULATION
Membership dues are $0.25 per local unit member for each local PTA/PTSA and shall be payable on or before December 1.
Remittance of dues for local unit members received after December 1 shall be made on or before June 30.
